The IMTT was officially organized in September 2003. Its purpose was to establish a musky tournament trail in southeastern Wisconsin to allow more local anglers the chance to fish more tournaments.

The IMTT board of directors are not just local anglers but small business owners, guides and taxidermist. They have donated their time to form a non-profit organization. Tournament events payback 100% of entry fees to the angler in each tournament. Other monies are used to pay for advertising, literature, hats, food, mailings and liability insurance for all events.

The registration for our September 20th 2008 tournament will be at Comfort Suites I-94 & J Waukesha, WI. on Friday September 19th, registration will start at 6:00 pm and and rules and ease-out lottery will begin at 7:30 pm.
